These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SolveARC FinSight ("the Platform"), a financial analytics and reporting application operated by SolveARC and accessible at app.solvearcreporting.com.
By accessing or using FinSight, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Access to FinSight is by invitation only. To use the Platform you must:

FinSight is licensed to you for internal business use only. You may use the Platform to:
You retain full ownership of all financial data you upload or connect to FinSight. By using the Platform, you grant SolveARC a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the FinSight service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of data you input. SolveARC does not verify financial data or provide auditing, accounting, legal, or tax advice. FinSight outputs are analytical tools only and should not be relied upon as professional financial advice.
FinSight integrates with Google OAuth 2.0 and the Google Sheets API. By connecting your Google account you agree to Google's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. Your use of Google APIs through FinSight is subject to Google's policies, including the Google API Services User Data Policy.
The FinSight application, including its code, design, branding, and all content created by SolveARC, is the intellectual property of SolveARC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of FinSight without prior written consent.
FinSight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Financial dashboards and analysis outputs are generated from data you provide. SolveARC makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any analytical output.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SolveARC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use FinSight, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of FinSight shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SolveARC in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if no payment has been made.
We may suspend or terminate your access to FinSight at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, inactivity, or at the administrator's discretion. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Since most data is stored in your browser, you retain access to locally stored information until you clear it.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SolveARC is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of FinSight after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
